Tari began as an advisor, became a builder, and is building toward a full infrastructure investment platform. Backing us means backing the physical technology the world runs on, the hard foundation beneath the AI era, not the software racing on top of it.
The Trajectory
Every step has moved in one direction.
In infrastructure, the money, the technology, and the people who build rarely sit at the same table. A frontier-technology owner will not move into a new market without a partner who can structure it. Governments want the capability but cannot originate it. Capital waits for a venture that is already de-risked. Each side waits for the others, and nothing gets built.
Advising from the outside, we saw that the value, and the risk, sat with whoever could bring those pieces together. So we became a principal in our first venture, Alpha Power Semiconductor: originating the venture ourselves, bringing in the technology and the partners, mobilizing the capital, and taking our own position in the outcome.
The Platform
The platform is the destination.
Tari is building toward a full infrastructure investment platform, backing ventures across semiconductors, power, data, and the supply chains beneath them.
Underneath it sits technology we build ourselves. Alongside the partners and the capital, we are creating our own proprietary AI, purpose-built for this work. It builds the financial models, runs the feasibility studies, researches the markets, and reads the geopolitics, export controls, and raw-material supply chains that decide whether a venture can be built. It is dynamic, and it updates as the world does.
Investing Alongside Tari
We build with our own balance sheet, and with partners beside us.
We take real positions in the ventures we build. Partners invest alongside us, in the ventures themselves and, over time, in the platform that builds them.
That means early access to ventures we originate, interests aligned with our own capital at risk, and exposure to a growing pipeline as the platform matures.
