From advisor to builder.
We did not begin as builders. Tari started by advising on infrastructure, learned where the real value and the real gaps were, and then went and built. This is that journey.
Tari Enterprise builds ventures. We find where advanced technology is missing, bring together the supply chain, the partners, and the capital to build it, and take real positions in what we build. Semiconductors is where we are proving this first, and the foundation for what comes next.
Our Journey
Sep 2023
Founded
An infrastructure consultancy.
Tari began by advising on power and data-centre projects across the Middle East, North Africa, East and Southern Africa, and East Asia. We were paid for our advisory, and carried none of the risk of the projects themselves. That work taught us where the real value in infrastructure sits, and where the gaps are between capital, technology, and the people who build.
2024 - 2025
Into semiconductors
From advising to building.
The work kept pointing us at one industry: semiconductors. We moved from advising on ventures to structuring them, and then to building one ourselves.
Today
Our first venture
Alpha Power Semiconductor.
A 6 inch (150mm) Silicon Carbide foundry, built on frontier technology and aligned with a national semiconductor programme. It is the first venture where we put our own balance sheet at risk. This is where we became a builder.
2026 - 2028
Building the track record
Proving the model, with our proprietary AI formula.
Alpha is the foundation. We take our proven, proprietary approach and use it again, first across the semiconductor supply chain, then into the wider infrastructure the world depends on.

The platform
An investment platform that reaches beyond one sector.
